Job DetailsWe are seeking a Client Account Lead to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term account strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
- Own revenue generation, profitability, and account expansion initiatives
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with business and technology leaders
- Partner with delivery, finance, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure client success
- Lead strategic discussions around data, analytics, cloud, and AI initiatives
- Collaborate closely with technical teams including Data Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture groups
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- Drive both new business development and account expansion opportunities
- Maintain strong awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting, technology services, or strategic account management experience
- Proven track record managing and growing enterprise-level client relationships
- Experience owning multi-million-dollar revenue targets
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
- Background working with data, analytics, cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working within cross-functional and matrixed organizations
- Strong business acumen, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
