Job DetailsWe are seeking a part time Paralegal to support estate planning and probate matters on a flexible, hybrid or mostly remote basis.
Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning documents and related client materials
- Assist with preparation of probate documents
- Draft and manage client emails and correspondence
- Support attorneys with trusts and estates workflow
- Maintain organized matter files and documentation
- Provide flexible monthly support as firm needs grow
Qualifications
- Prior estate planning and probate paralegal experience
- Experience drafting estate planning documents
- Comfortable preparing probate filings and related documents
- Strong written communication skills for client correspondence
- Ability to work independently in a part time contractor capacity
- Available for approximately 25 to 35 hours per month, with potential to become full time desired
